Minganie Technologie handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, where applicable.

Information we collect

Sawbill does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers on this launch site.

• The email address you submit to join or leave the beta list.
• Your selected language, the consent wording in effect, and timestamps for sign-up, updates, and withdrawal.
• Limited request and device metadata necessarily processed by our hosting infrastructure for delivery, reliability, and security.

Why we use it

• To administer the beta waitlist and assess interest in Sawbill.
• To send beta invitations, availability notices, and closely related Sawbill updates you requested.
• To secure the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and demonstrate how consent was handled.

Consent and unsubscribe

Beta communications are based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe page or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.

An unsubscribe request is applied to the waitlist immediately. We may keep a limited suppression record so that the address is not contacted again unless it is submitted later with fresh consent.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information and do not share the waitlist with advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or operate the site and database, or disclosed where required by law.

Those providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your province, state, or country, where different laws may apply.

Retention and security

We keep active waitlist information while beta communications remain relevant and only as long as reasonably required for the purposes described here. Information is then deleted or anonymized, subject to a limited suppression record and legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Changes to this policy
