Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Sawbill prelaunch website, its publications, and the private-beta waitlist.

01

Site operator

This site is operated by Minganie Technologie (12108534 CANADA INC.), 1268 Route Jacques-Cartier, Sheldrake, Quebec G0G 2V0, Canada. Privacy and information-security questions can be sent to security@sawbill.ai.

02

Agreement

By accessing sawbill.ai, downloading a white paper, or submitting the beta form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

03

Prelaunch information

Sawbill is under development. Descriptions, dates, features, editions, availability, and beta plans may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection, access, support, or commercial availability and does not create a purchase or service contract.

04

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful informational and evaluation purposes.

  • Do not interfere with the site, probe it without authorization, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.
  • Do not automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
  • Do not misrepresent site content or white papers as a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee from Sawbill.
05

Content, marks, and open source

The Sawbill name, visual identity, site design, and prelaunch publications are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to the site and download the white papers for your own evaluation, but may not remove notices, sell them, or publish modified versions as Sawbill materials without permission.

Software identified as open source is governed by the licence distributed with that software. These site terms do not replace or restrict an applicable open-source licence.

06

No professional advice or certification

Site content and white papers are general product and technical information. They are not legal, regulatory, security, engineering, or other professional advice; they do not determine the applicability of a standard or law and do not certify compliance or fitness for a purpose.

07

Availability and disclaimers

The site and materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sawbill disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site.

08

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sawbill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on this prelaunch site or its materials. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

09

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how the beta form handles personal information. We may revise these terms by publishing a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply to later use. Questions can be sent to hello@sawbill.ai.
